Five Years Integrated Programme in HRD
Bachelor of Arts (BA) after successful completion of VI semesters.
Master of Arts (MA) after successful completion of X semesters.
Course Structure - 2017
An applicant who has successfully completed Senior Secondary School course (‘+2’) or equivalent (such as 11+1, ‘A’ level in Senior School Leaving certificate course) from a recognized University of India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from any equivalent institution from a foreign country recognized by the government of that country for the purpose of issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the course, may apply for and be admitted into the programme.
Any student who has passed Diploma from State Council of Vocational and Technical Education established by Government may apply for and be admitted into the programme.
The course is open only to whole time students and not for employed persons.
Duration of the Programme:
The course shall consist of regular study for a minimum period of 10 semesters in five academic years for Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development and after successfully completion of the first six semester examination students would awarded Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Development.
A candidate shall have to pass all the ten semester examinations within a maximum period of nine years of his/her admission to the first semester of 5-Year[Integrated] M.A Programme in HRD failing which he/she will not be permitted to continue the programme.
A candidate shall have to pass all the six semester examinations within a maximum period of 7 years of his/her admission to the first semester of 3-Year[Integrated] B.A programme in HRD failing which he/she will not be permitted to continue the programme.
The course of study shall be by regularly attending the requisite number of lectures, tutorials and practical training.

Selection: Admission to 5 Years Integrated Programme in MA[HRD] is given on basis of the student’s performance in the written entrance test.
Admission Procedure: The candidates should submit an application for admission in prescribed form attached with this prospectus duly filled in within stipulated time period with all necessary documents. The candidate will have to present the following documents at the time of counseling.
Entrance Test: The entrance test is based on the tests like GRE and GMAT. Students can refer to model Test of Competition Success Review and other such test published in other magazines and books. The test consists of 100 objective types multiple choice questions. The students are required to tick mark appropriate option. Questions are based on general knowledge, general English, current events (sports, literature, history, science, politics, economics etc.) and reasoning.
Note: University may also consider the score of CMAT and other such entrance tests for the admission. If seats are vacant, the department may conduct personal interview.
Reservation Policy: Reservation of seats as per University and Government rules.
Total Seats:Maximum number of students to be admitted each year shall be 120 and number of each division shall consist of 60 students. Relaxation to reserved category candidates is applicable per existing rules and regulations of the university. [Admission to foreign students will be considered as additional seat]. The number of seats may vary as by the decision of competent authority.
